This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders. By placing an order with Bagyavathi Sarees, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all addresses within India only. This includes all 28 states and 8 Union Territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are an international customer interested in our products, please contact us — we may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis via a third-party courier.
2. Shipping Cost
Shipping is completely free on all orders, regardless of order value or destination within India. There are no hidden shipping charges — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment verification. Processing includes:
- Quality inspection of the product
- Folding and packaging
- Generating the courier label and tracking number
- Handover to the courier partner
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location. Below are typical delivery timelines after dispatch:

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may take longer due to weather, courier delays, or remote location constraints.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier partner name
- An email with the same tracking details
You can track your package on the courier partner's website using the tracking number provided. If you have any questions about your shipment, feel free to contact us.
6. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order placement. Please include:
- Full name and contact number
- Complete address with house/flat number, street, area, landmark
- City, state, and correct PIN code
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment — additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Undeliverable Packages
A package may be marked as undeliverable if:
- The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
- The recipient is unreachable after 3 delivery attempts by the courier
- The recipient refuses to accept the package
- The package is damaged in transit and returned by the courier
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment to a corrected address. If re-shipment is not possible, store credit will be issued as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Delivery Confirmation
A delivery is considered complete when the courier partner marks the package as "delivered" in their tracking system. If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If you have already accepted delivery, please report any issues within 48 hours as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions (monsoons, cyclones, heavy fog)
- Public holidays and festivals
- Courier partner operational issues
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Strikes or natural disasters
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner or events beyond our reasonable control. However, we will work with you and the courier to resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.
10. Courier Partners
We work with reputable courier partners including India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and others, chosen based on your location for the fastest possible delivery. We reserve the right to choose the courier partner for each shipment.
11. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping through our website. If you are an NRI or international customer interested in our products, please contact us via WhatsApp (+91 94868 59807) or email — we will arrange shipping via a third-party courier and provide a custom quote including shipping and any applicable customs duties.
